I am going to try this right now while it's cold outside. I will monitor with my Heart Rate Monitor to see if it's effective as walking. I have got more energy today than I've had in a looong time. We need to work on that. The good news is that better weather is on its way. In addition to the exercise we talked about, try taking on a flight of stairs.
