B:
2 eggs scrambled with baked chicken
grits

S1:
1 small dixie cup (3oz) of snack mix

L:
1 sandwich - 1 slice of turkey, 1 slice cheese, low fat mayo, hot sauce, and 2 slices rye bread
banana
yogurt
Water

S2:
1 small dixie cup (3oz) of snack mix

D:
baked chicken with bbq sauce
salad + dressing + homemade croutons (toasted wheat bread, olive oil spray, and seasoning)
Baked Beans

E:
Another walk today - 15 min -. Thank You Dennis. No stairs again but there's a hill where I walk.

N:
Supper was delicious.

I did not drink enough water today and I didn't eat enough at lunch. It's amazing that I am learning what my body wants
