I'm still here. Not having such a good weekend food wise. I did swim Friday: 10 laps. I plan on knocking out a good week next week, but I have to do something about these weekends. I will come up with a plan. I am not giving up. I will weigh in tomorrow.

  1. Days off/weekends are always the hardest.

  2. Hey, stay positive. Setbacks happen. Just power through it and keep doing what you know works. And look at the progress you've posted already!

    It's a marathon we're running, not wind sprints (which is good; I hate wind sprints)...
