Had a fun day today. Went to Walmart this morning to pick up a few things. Nothing really different from last week.

This afternoon I went over to my friend Bob's place to watch the Nascar race in Sonoma. I hate the road tracks in Nascar. They should just stick to ovals.

I'm ready to really begin training for Talladega 2010. I'll be walking in the morning and swimming in the afternoon.
