I went to a "run" that had members of the dream team and Danny's Run University participants.
Danny had me walk two quarter mile laps and then walk death hill, which is a massive hill right there where I walked (everyone else ran) (I was the lucky one to do the hill because I need to build strength in my legs.)
Everyone else alternated between walking and jogging.
Death hill - I only had to stop three times.
Here I am at the top of the hill.
I'm making it a short post tonight. I'm pooped. Tomorrow I'm heading to the gym.
Loloa's proud of you, man!!!

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on tackling death hill. I got my own death hill that I've grown accustomed to swearing at under my breath.

ReplyDeleteGood for you!!! CONGRATS!
ReplyDeleteYou've had three consecutive weeks of weight loss! I don't know if you notice it, but your face is becoming thinner every week. Results are showing man! Keep it up.
ReplyDeleteWOOT WOOT! That is awesome!
ReplyDeleteCan I just point out, that you did somethind and look who you were surrounded by? People who were "skinny" or "thin" or "healthy-sized" and you did it too! Don't ever say you aren't one of them because you can do the same thing and DID the same thing as "them." CONGRATULATIONS on such a non-scale victory!!!
Dude, Way to freaking go!
ReplyDeleteDespite all of the walking I've done of the last few months, I never walked up hills; it was only flat ground.
Then, on the road trip, there were a few times when I had to walk long ass streches up hill (like from this lookout point at the grand canyon that was at the bottom of a long strech) and it was hard times. I felt really great doing it though, and it surely helped with the weight loss, and yea, I too had to stop. I think I stopped maybe 6 times on the way back up from that lookout point is was intense.
Anyway congrats. And dude, CONGRATS on the picture of you smiling towards the end. You're looking so much thinner it is sweet!!
Be well, and talk to you soon.
WOW!! congrats on you weight loss!
ReplyDeletekeep up the very hard work....walking is great excersize keep it up!
