Hey Stephen, God Bless you, my top weight was 618lbs and I have lost 150lbs I'm 53 and have been having weight problems all my life also,it has taken me a few years to do this, you are on the right track, don't give up and if you have a bad day don't be so hard on yourself, we are all human and sometimes we have a bad day, the trick is to keep on going. I have about another 30 lbs to lose and then I will be getting the gastric bypass surgery, mainly because of that I have some medical issues and need to get down in weight as soon as I can to have some other surgery done, but you are young and for now I believe you can do this. Take care James Ortiz
James, I'm praying for you brother. I avoid the weigh loss surgeries, but if my doctor told me I had to do it or else, I would. Please let me know of your progress.
I was able to sleep without my CPAP for the first time in ten years after losing the first 120 or 130, somewhere around there... Stephen, it's such an amazing feeling of freedom, you're going to love it. What a blessing.
You're on your way--I don't know you personally, but I'm rooting for you like your my brother.
I love your goals, Maybe I should make a list of goals...it might help. I hope you do every single one and then make sure you take a picure so we can see too. ;)
