B:
Oatmeal (1 pack original+1 pack cinnamon apple)
2 Bolied eggs without yolks
1 Large glass of water

S1:
1 small dixie cup (3oz) of snack mix
Water

L:
1 sandwich - 1 chick pea patty, ketchup, mustard, and 2 slices of rye bread
lettuce + bleu cheese dressing
Water

S2:
1 small dixie cup (3oz) of snack mix
Water

D:
boston butt w/ kraft bq sauce (small serving)
fruit + cottage cheese
baked beans/corn mix
Water
yogurt

E:
None

N:
Today was b-o-r-i-n-g. It is cold and wet outside. I drank a lot of water today and I didn't exercise. I've got to do something about that. At least I have done very well on my food this week. Also, I haven't had any cravings this week. This is just the first week. I added some motivatinal pictures for when I am not doing so good.

    Looks like you are doing a great job on the diet protion of the plan.
    The key to any sucessful plan is adopting it as your own, and you have done that and are on your way to accomplishing your goals.
    I have noticed a lot of "none" under the "E" catagory. We need to work on that. The good news is that better weather is on its way. In addition to the exercise we talked about, try taking on a flight of stairs. The best way to achieve one of your milestones is to actually work on it.

  2. I have a workout video where you basically walk in place and do a few other simple routines. I am going to try this right now while it's cold outside. I will monitor with my Heart Rate Monitor to see if it's effective as walking. I have got more energy today than I've had in a looong time. It feels good!!! Thank You!
