2 wheat Eggo Waffles
Cream Cheese
Scrambled Eggs with chicken

S1:
1 small dixie cup (3oz) of snack mix

L:
1 sandwich - tuna, low fat mayo, and 2 slices rye bread
yogurt
cottage cheese and fruit
Water

S2:
1 small dixie cup (3oz) of snack mix

D:
baked chicken with bbq sauce
salad + dressing

E:
Another walk today - 15 min -. Thank You Dennis.

N:
I made this blog public. If I run into any trouble, it will be made private again.

The lower left part of my back hurts. This type of pain usually goes away in a few days.
