2 egg omelet + 1 slice cheese + 1 slice low fat roast beef + salt n peppa
2 strawberry wheat waffles + 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

S1:

2 slices rye bread toasted + 1 slice turkey meatloaf + low fat mayo + mustard
Salad + Dressing
Fruit + Cottage Cheese

Small steak wrapped in bacon with mushrooms

N:
Wow, I have been a lazy bum today. Not enough water again and no exercise, but it's nasty outside and my legs are sore. I can't believe how easy it is to stick to my plan. Usually when I go on a diet I have cravings for different foods like pizza, hamburgers, ice cream, etc. There is something different about what I'm doing now. I don't have these cravings, and if I feel hungry before snack/meal time, I drink a glass of water. I look forward to meals and snacks, but I don't crave them. Also, I look forward to my walks every day.

  1. Thanks for commenting on my blog. The exercise will come easier. It is almost second nature to me now. I sometimes don't even realize how far I've come. I ran up three flights of stairs today. That wasn't possible sixty pounds ago.
