2 1/2 wheat waffles + cream cheese + pure maple syrup
2 boiled eggs no yolks
2 slices rye, 2 slices low fat roast beef, 1 slice cheese, hot sauce, mustard
brown rice + chicken (boiled)
salad + dressing
pork and beans
15 min walk
Things are going well. I want to hit the stairs again and I want to walk more. I notice more energy and my clothes are getting loose.
Also, I have resurrected an old hobby: drums. I am starting on the basics with a practice pad, drumsticks, and a metronome (see pic above). After a lot of practice I will set up my kit again.
