Things are going well. I want to hit the stairs again and I want to walk more. I notice more energy and my clothes are getting loose.
Also, I have resurrected an old hobby: drums. I am starting on the basics with a practice pad, drumsticks, and a metronome (see pic above). After a lot of practice I will set up my kit again.
Here's what it looks like:
snare, bass, 4 tom-toms, 2 crash cymbals, ride cymbal, hi-hats, cowbell, and double-bass pedal

I imagine that drumming is really good exercise.
