My legs were really, really sore today. They were much worse than yesterday. I am optimistic about being fully recovered by next Monday.
Another good day on the books. I can't wait to workout again.

Yay Stephen, you are doin' great! It's so nice to hear you say you can't wait to work out again. That's truly great. I am really happy with your food choices. They are great. It's good to rest up and get yourself psyched up. Next workout you won't be so sore. Swimming will ease the soreness, because it's not quite as intense and will actually loosen up the tight muscles.
