100 lb Loss Milestone

My weight is down to 532 lbs, which is a loss of 4 pounds for the week and a total loss of 100 lbs. It feels good to reach this milestone. Now I'm ready to get out of the 500 club!

First, I want to thank you for reading my blog. Next, a big thank you goes out to everyone following and commenting on the blog. I wouldn't have been able to do this without your help. I have never stayed on a weight loss plan this long, nor have I ever had this much success. I am eternally grateful to all of you.

Even my blogosaurus is throwing a party.

This has made my Monday.

Have a good week!

P.S. Just 200 more to go till Dega!

P.S. #2: Here's some new progress pics (I bought the shirt, tie, and belt just for this pic)

  63. CONGRATULATIONS! What wonderful success!

Have you checked out Lakeshore Foundatoin in B'ham--off Lakeshore Drive (1 light before Southern Progress and up the hill)? It's a wonderful facility that I worked out at when I lived in B'ham 5 years ago. I had to a doctor's letter to join. But it's a place I still miss.

They cater to people in wheelchairs so all the mats are raised to chair level--so much easier for me than trying to plop to the ground and hoist back up! And they had several types of water aerobics.

Best of all, their training was INCREDIBILY cheap--a package of 6 sessions turned out to be less than $15 a session!

Everyone there was "special" in some way so my weight didn't make me feel like a standout. Everyone had some challenge they were working through.

Check it out. Go for a tour. Think about it. http://www.lakeshore.org
