My arms are very sore from swimming, and I'm very tired right now. I am pooped.
Today was a great day. I had a ton of energy. Hopefully, I'll feel the same way tomorrow.

ReplyDeleteI would rather to see you eating olive oil, lemon, raw sunflower seeds on your salad rather than the blue cheese.
SO much better though, I think you are on the right track.
