Monday 06/08/09

My arms are very sore from swimming, and I'm very tired right now. I am pooped.

Today was a great day. I had a ton of energy. Hopefully, I'll feel the same way tomorrow.

B:
2 boiled eggs - no yolks
1 plain oatmeal + 1 maple oatmeal

S1:
1/2 wrap

L:
1 wrap (whole-wheat tortilla, brown rice, mixed beans, taco ground turkey, and salsa)
cucumber, tomato, and onion with blue cheese dressing

S2:
1/2 wrap

D:
1 sirloin burger
greens + white beans mix
cucumber, onion, and tomato with blue cheese

W:
1/2 gallon

E:
some walking
18 laps swimming

  3. This is a MUCH improved menu over last week's.

    I would rather to see you eating olive oil, lemon, raw sunflower seeds on your salad rather than the blue cheese.

    SO much better though, I think you are on the right track.
