Wow! Stephen...you have every right to feel GREAT. It's not easy, as we know.... but you did it.
You ate 21,000 less calories in one week, and therefore you lost an amazing 6 lbs...
If you keep going...
2 months from now, you will be 50 lbs lighter, 6 months from now you will be 150 pounds lighter, and 1 year from now, you'll be 300 lbs lighter.
...And If you step up your workouts and general moving around, (which you will, cause we'll be on your a**) you will lose even faster, but the main thing to know, is that IT IS POSSIBLE!
DO NOT GIVE UP... you are on your way, my man ..God Bless you!
HELLO! Stopping by from Sean Anderson's blog and I'll be following your blog now as well. Hopefully you'll do the same. We all...AAALL..need as much support as we can get!!!
Your progress almost brings tears to my eyes! I'm sure you're like me, you don't want your weight to be the reason for an early death. I think about things like, the extra large casket, the discussions about how she just could never get a handle on her weight, or the fact that I not only would leave my mom, siblings, and friends behind but my number one inspiration, my little boy. He's only 3, a fresh three at that, so I really have to make it happen!
Congratulations on your continued weightloss and don't forget to forgive yourself if you slip up. It's only a slip up, acknowledge it, don't dwell on it, get over it, move past it, pick yourself up, get back on track!!
Posted and pumped! Yea! Congrats on the progress. Here's to another great week.
