2 eggs boiled with no yolks

1/2 wrap

1 wrap (whole wheat tortilla, taco ground turkey, brown rice, mixed beans, and salsa)
protein bar
cucumber, tomato, and ranch dressing
S2:
none
D:
2 wraps (same as above with a little ranch)
mixed greens and black eye peas

3 cups water

none

Wow...real high protein today! Your diet is looking better every day. How are you feeling? Good energy? I like the way you are easing yourself off the heavy carb load you were on...
ReplyDeleteI have the feeling you are not getting as hungry as you once were, because you are now missing more snacks than last week. This is a very good sign... proteins and low glycemic (high fiber carbs like whole wheat and veggies) carbs really help with this...
