Monday 07/06/09

Sorry I'm posting late again. I need to just set a time every day when I'm gonna post on the blog. Anyhow, My workout on Monday was great. It was pretty much the same as last Monday's workout: 3 flights of stairs, 3 sets of 15 reps squats (no extra weight), 3 sets of 12 reps calf raise (no weight needed) I paused for 2 secs at top of lift, and 20 laps in pool. The best part is that my legs were not sore and they felt stronger. I guess when you stress a muscle for the first time, it is gonna be sore, but after that it will be fine.

  5. Great job on your food today. You are going to have a great week. Nice exercise regimen.

You are stronger than you think!!!! It takes a lot of strength to haul around 500+ lbs. How many people can do that? Not many, my friend. I know you may not have thought about this. But, ask your friends if they would put on a 400 lb. weight vest and join you for some laps in the pool. Yep, best workout they ever did, if they survivied.

You are the best...keep it going!

    Keep up your
