Weigh In

Today, I weighed in at a whopping 553 pounds. A 2 pound loss from last week. Which is fine. I only exercised one day because my legs were sore. This morning I have already been to the gym and had a great work out. I am gonna knock out a fantastic week, this week.

I'm looking forward to the 5k in Feb. I just love staying motivated. To me, it' better than feeling down in the dumps all of the time.

  3. It's the sodium and sugar from the BBQ sauce (that's the water retention).

    Next week will be great. Keep up your exercise and I am so happy you did not miss your old foods on the 4th.
